Four handwritten historical anecdotes about early roads in Boulder, Colo., and vicinity. The account of a trip up Boulder Canyon in 1871 is Parsons' extract from a letter written by J.H. Tice; Parsons dated his transcript Feb. 1934; the folder contains two 7-page transcripts of this account. There also are two copies of his 6-8 page article dated Jan. 1934 which begins "When the great rush to the gold fields was on..." The first page of his Gregory Canyon story is missing.
